A new independent ramen bar opened up in our town this year, but of course has had to close for the pandemic. They've started doing kits instead where you get a package of all the ingredients (can be vegan or not) and put it together at home. I'm not usually a fan of ramen, it's too much for me, but my husband loves it and has been working so hard I decided to get some for a treat for him and also to support the business. I have to say it was absolutely delicious. Still couldn't finish it though!
