Scrumptious breakfast today for 270 cals. Inspired to try flax seeds, they've got good press!
Also you lot have persuaded me to have a go at kefir. Really enjoyed it. Can swap in for yoghurt with my breakfast sometimes.

This looks delicious....what is kefir?

Kefir is a fermented yoghurt-type thing that is full of pro-biotics for gut health. Kimchi, Kombucha, Kefir...all the gut biome goodies seem to start with K.
