The learning never ends. I started weight training a couple of weeks ago (in addition to my regular running) which made the scale go up as expected despite drinking enough water. I had to increase my calories and protein to speed up recovery time. The second I decided let me start from scratch and eat around my maintainance and see what weight training actually requires of my body, my performance ability changed and the inflammation went away. My weight went straight back to normal with a 0.1 kg drop 🤣
