This is M&S greek style yoghurt (unsweetened) which is lovely and thick. I usually have 100g which is plenty and 124 cals. Sainsbury also does a good one. Both are much cheaper than Total.

And after 35 years trying various fat-free versions of things I am thoroughly convinced that they have contributed to my weight yoyo because they don’t satisfy actual hunger and don’t help understanding of portion control. If I could go back I’d tell 13 year old me that.

I make my own yoghurt and know exactly what goes into it. Tastes nicer than shop bought too, and a fraction of the cost of Total. Best birthday pressie ever!
