I did it. Lowered my points quite a bit. Hopefully will translate in the morning for my weigh-in.

Thank you. But I'm still not used to it. Woke up really hungry. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to handle less.

Eat fiber, fruits and drink loads of water Debbra:-) You will see that you won't feel hungry. Food is kind of an addiction,too you know. As all the addictions, you feel wanting more but once you say "NO" a big "NO" addiction starts to fade away. Don't worry. Think about all the beautiful clothes you can wear. Don't forget to have fun:-)
