Hello buddies!! Today was a good day, over all, so far. I had to be into work early today so I prepared all my meals and snacks last nite was rearing to go this morning. I could not get a work out in this morning, but I am getting ready to leave work and hit the gym with my son tonite. Really looking forward to working out!! Also, I feel like I have had a pretty good amount of water. A added plus is a I have a pre-prepared dinner at home, Atkins friendly that all I have to do is pop in the oven once I get home for gym. And there's just enough left over for tomorrows lunch!!
On another note, I have kinda of a personal questions to ask all the ladies out there. Thursday is my normal "weigh in day" because I go to the doctor weekly for allergy shots, so I just weigh myself there. Now the problem is , is that my aunt flo is visiting and I wondering how that is going to affect my weight? Will it be a true weight because of bloating and water retention? Just for the record, before Atkins , I always had bloating issues that time of month. I have been on Atkins 2 months, but did notice this problem any sooner till now. I guess it might be because I am really into this hard core? Who knows. Any way, Any words of wisdom from all my girlfreinds? If it counts, today is the 2nd and when I wiegh in it will be the 3rd day, which is usually my heaviest.
Just wondering what to expect. This way, if I register a loss, it could be because of this?
