Last night I went for the candy and had a second day of a "pig-out session." But today my routine goes back to normal, and I think I'll be able to go back to my good dieting. It's amazing how important a routine is to dieting. I want to learn how to cope with parties and restaurants. That seems to be my biggest problem. The worst thing is how it affects me afterwords. If I don't really concentrate and go in with a plan of what I'm going to eat, I can go nuts. I'm worst off when I don't know what's going to be at the party or when I don't know the restaurant. If I know beforehand, I can plan. I'm going to try to find out what the menu is going to be, next time a situation of a party or an unknown restaurant comes up.
