Yesterday I did a pretty heavy treadmill, over two hours. And then I ran out of time to eat before I picked up my kids from school. By the time we got home, at 4:00 p.m., I was so exhausted from hunger that it took me until about 10:00 that night to feel better. I didn't eat too much, but I kept feeling that I couldn't satiate myself. The whole experience made me afraid of my heavy-duty workouts. I'm wondering whether a little less exercise and a little less eating might be a better formula to losing weight.
