So this is how I get through the 23 hours of my Omad , I make sure my tummy is always full of lemon water 💦(and a cup of coffee or green tea here and there ) . I’ve noticed that most times we think we are hungry , we mostly will be thirsty. Try it 😊

Our brains are very powerful. I do really well everyday but once it hits “lunch time” and i take a break from work... i start suddenly feeling “hungry”. I usually exercise during my work lunch and i am fine afterwards.... when i do that i can successfully do OMAD for that day.

Very true , if we control our minds , we can control anything we feel in our bodies . I like your method of distracting urself from the hunger . Beat the hunger by loosing more calories 😄 clever !
