Well, I'm somewhat pleased with myself. I ate what I wanted at Thanksgiving, a little bit of everything. But then when I got home, I did overeat a little. I ate a cupcake that was left over from my son's birthday party at school. I had some cereal and a few pieces of bread. But I think overall that, if I don't continue with the overeating today, I'll be okay and probably lose. I need to exercise and just get back into my normal rhythm. I'm more worried about Sunday, when I'm having my son's real birthday party. I think we'll have pizza, which I love. And we'll have cupcakes and stuff. I'm going to have to figure out how to not overindulge. And I know that the most important thing is to pull myself out of it immediately the next day, which is why I love writing in my journal because I get all my thoughts out.
