Hey hun! Your meals look delicious! Just wanted to leave a note - in case it would help you 🙂 I saw on the app that 6 hot wings from Chicken Licken contains 85g of carbs. It’s higher than the protein or fat in content. If you are following a keto meal plan, this meal can easily kick you out of ketosis or you might even struggle to get into ketosis to start with.
