Anybody been doing OMAD for awhile?

I want to do this to lose the weight I've gained - I've dabbled in it and really actually enjoy it! I'm naturally not that hungry through the day and want to eat a big dinner and it makes me feel liberated to have something I enjoy very much at dinner!

I'd like to follow other OMAD people to get ideas :)

I do OMAD keto. I did up my carbs to Around 30 grams. I basically eat a subway salad with all the veggies. for meat it is usually tuna, steak, or chicken. I add two hard boiled eggs for protein. I end my meal with a protein shake with collagen and soy milk. It seems to work for me. I can't have a lot of food on hand or I will eat it. I drink a lot of unsweetened ice tea

Sounds like you would be a good candidate for intermittent fasting, you should Google intermittent fasting and there are a few different options. I personally love it, especially if I’ve hit a plateau, it always helps me get by it..... Good luck and God bless you, on this weight-loss journey. 💕

I basically do keto/Omad. I’m not super strict about the omad part, but like you I’m generally not hungry during the day and focused on work, so omad just naturally happens. I tend to go with fattier cuts of meat or tofu with a fatty sauce, nuts and seeds and a high volume low calorie veg (I go through an unreal amount of spinach). make sure you are getting the calories your body needs (omad with only a 400 calorie salad=a bad time), stay active, stay hydrated, and listen to your body. Occasionally I feel the need to eat more than 1 meal, so I’ll have a small lunch. Give it a try and see how it works for you and your goals.

No, I don't do OMAD, I do ADF (alternate daily fasting) 36 hours 3x per week. Glad you like OMAD. Jason Fung has a lot of information about fasting on YouTube if you're interested in learning more about it. Also website called The Fasting Method

I have done OMAD with great success in the past. In fact thinking of doing it all September. I limit the calories and have a quality protein, starchy carb (rice) and then all fiber carbs like broccoli. Green tea kills the appetite all day, and fresk water. If I must eat, I will have a few raw almonds...like 6 or 8

I suppose I am more intermittent fasting with getting all my calories in a 4 hour window (usually 2 hours as I have my meal and finish it off with a protein shake that I take back to me desk). I don't get hungry this way, no cravings, and lots of time to focus on getting in enough water. Plus, one meal prep and one meal cleanup!
