Sunday undid a bit of progress. Went for a 20km cycle yesterday to balance.
Still concentrating on keeping up my water intake and reducing calories.
Currently intermittent fasting (16/8)
73.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
