Did Keto for 4weeks and only lost 1.2kg ! Imagine the discouragement. Went on a binge week (no regret) only picked up 0.1kg not bad but I have been on a plateau for the longest of time now. But we keep on keeping on.

Maybe because of the amount of calories you are eating? Since you went on a binge and only gained 100g. Says that you are obviously eating more food than what you are tracking and your calories are the same as a binge day/week. Make sure you are tracking your calories properly.
