I can go Keto/Low Carb for 7 days straight, but my husband says “ It’s NOT fun. I just want to derail only weekends!” So, we have “Carb Weekends”. Morning coffee with something sweets, Rice/Noodle/Bread things for lunch, but we don’t eat dinner because of full of glucose. My weight is UP every weekends and Monday morning.
When I go to Japan, it’s very difficult to find Keto meals. I feel my fingers puffy during staying there. That’s the part I don’t like.
