Hmm. I've never had sauerkraut with pork chops. I always reach for applesauce. I think I'd like to try that though.

Gma, I browned the chops in an iron skillet in 1 tbsp of EVOO, added the saurkraut and baked at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
