It was my daughter’s 18th birthday yesterday but started to celebrate it on Friday😁 I made the decision to enjoy the weekend...try to not cheat every time I open my mouth. I enjoyed some yummy treats and of cause some birthday cake. Have to say...this time wasn’t like all the other years where I just eat without thinking or worrying about my weight...I ate smaller sizes of the cake and the treats were only once. No craving...no wait till I’m alone cleaning to enjoy a skelm stukkie 🙈😂 I had control and that felt amazing. I’m not going to make a fuss about it, weigh myself and feel depro. I made a yummy healthy breakfast and I’m on that healthy living wagon again...it was a quick pitstop and now it’s back to to healthy eating again! Have a wonderful week and make that healthy choice. Be safe 💟💟
