I have felt like the worst crap in the past doing starvation yo-yo diets without hardly eating for long time periods . For me increased exercise with diets modifications is the way to go.

Yes yo yo diets have not worked for me either. I try and exercise and make healthier choices. Staying away from processed sugar and white bread as much as possible and things are moving in the right direction :)
