I gave in today. Still well within my calorie intake but at the higher end of the spectrum. Also not all clean calorie. Cravings are sky rocking today for some reasons. Now that I ate everything feeling a bit nausea. But we try again tomorrow. Feel bad cause tomorrow I am suppose to be weighing myself, was looking forward to it all week
