Can you try just lower carb... Kick the sugar for now? That usually helps me with my appetite. I couldn't sustain keto, although I know others can.

Yes lower carbs just seem to work. Without a calorie deficit this time. And lifting. See where I go. Step by step self education 😂👌. Life is good.

Been using the free app. Hooked up Premium today. Anyone have points they really like about the “premium” side of this app? I see lots of meal choices I’ll be interested in researching. Can’t go wrong with someone saying “here eat this”. 😜

I skipped my chocolate chips yesterday just to see if I could do it. All eight of them. Nothing happened. Life went on.😂
