I didn't realize I didn't post a journal entry yesterday. But I was kind of in a daze all day. Stress at work and when I finally got back to my apartment I was whipped. But I'm ok. I stayed true to my woe yesterday except for a snack of sunflower seeds last night. BUT I'm ok. No weight loss past the 2# in 6 weeks. Not the whole time on Low Carb. But sort of a similar plan except it allowed berries, which I know I overdid. ANYWAY I'm on Atkins all the way now. It worked before and should work again. Even though I'm a lot older and more metabolically weight loss resistant, but I will keep it going. I'm thinking of going on the Fat Fast either starting tomorrow or the next day (have to go shopping for more stuff). We will see. Have to get my body a quick start!

your history says you lost 4 lbs. in 10 days. ??? hmmm? why do you want to change this? One of my early lessons in Boot Camp - was 'head down, press in - and steady as she goes.' Just stay low carb, be honest and keep it low carb... and each week wait for the result. You should level to about a 1 lb. a week loss - just w/ your dietary changes. Then if you walk every other day or something...that could help, and don't forget your daily water!!! That's soooooo important. Hang in there. A fat fast is nothing more than a quick way to mess up your system..if you ask me. Much Love.
