I have some ways to go - but want to share with you guys that I believe it’s not about the first big step, but the consistent small steps you take every day. 🤍 we are strong (from carrying all that body weight) and can do whatever we put our minds to.

Amazing. I am also trying to loose weight. I weigh 100kg and my goal is to weigh at least 80kg please may I have suggestions and ideas of how to lose weight.
