Made myself a smoothie with the strawberries i frozen a few weeks ago and it is delicious. Not too sweet either. Loved it

Just double cream plain yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey. Use can use any fruits to be honest, I've used mangoes too but found that smoothie extremely sweet so I prefer to use low sugar fruits which are mostly berries Tip: always freeze your fruits to make it creamier
