I love eggs on waffles! I wish my chickens would produce a few more eggs right now. For some reason my barred rock is laying almost daily her big pink tinted brown eggs. My 2 Easter eggers are laying sporadically. I have been letting them roam the yard more since I have been home they may be laying them outside the cool somewhere.

Breesy, my food photos are what I actually eat. I have hit my goal and I'm trying to maintain. The calorie count for this breakfast including 2 cups of coffee with Vanilla creamer was 294 calories. I ate waffles occasionally when I was losing weight. My average calorie count for my breakfast is 300 to 350 every day.
