Overate last night. Again from hunger, not boredom. Bread, cottage cheese, hamburger. I seem to be hovering and maintaining, these hungry episodes causing me to eat just enough to stay at my present weight. And I so wish to drop quicker. But I know now that I will get to my goal weight eventually. I have complete confidence in myself.
