I’ve been on so many crash diets and healthy eating plans - more than I can count. I reflected on why I’ve stuck around for this one for such a long time.
- I am not bound to eat and prep 5 times a day - I am not told exactly what to eat, but can eat a general range of food (keto) - it’s actually so much easier for me to eat once a day, I don’t have to calorie count because I’ll be within my limits. - I’ve been on this health style for about 7 months now, and I can’t even imagine looking back and becoming who I used to be.
