I really, really, really want a big wedge of moist and juicy carrot cake.
*consults calorie counter*
100g of carrot cake, 400 and odd calories.
I would want 200g really.
So it would have to replace a meal.
But then what to do with the rest of the carrot cake?
Gah!

You can definintely have one, it's only whether you have it now or later. All things not eaten now can be enjoyed double (enjoyment not portion!) later. That's my happy-view on diets. We are on diet armistice this wk, half term. It's nice but there will be no smugness when I get back on the scales. (We have apricot cake...) Do not envy me, I will, for sure, pay for it.
