Thats a good loss... What diet are you doing and how many calories are you eating?

Hi there! Thank you so much 🤗. I consume about 1000 calories during the week and push it to 1200 (at most )on weekends. I also IF 18:6. I'm on a low carb, high fat diet. In terms of exercise; I do anything from cleaning to walking my dog. 15 000 steps a day is my target. Hope this helps💛.
