My if I do daily with 16:8 with only 2 meals in that period. But some days I do 24 hours just like once or twice a week

Within those 2 meals how much calories do u do?

Anywhere from 350 to 400 each I try keep my calories to about 800 +- a day

That's awesome!! I'm also doing 800 per day with IF. It's by far the most successful weight loss regimen I've ever tried!! Let's be real... it's not trying, it's succeeding!!

Guys this IF is really working but I can't deal with the uncontrollable irritability that comes with the hunger. I've tried drinking water, I've tried the herbal teas etc. The mood swings during the fasting period is just monstrous, I don't know what to do anymore.😭😭😭 I'm feeling so hopeless and frustrated, I've tried all the other diets NOTHING works as well as this. I've been doing IF since 8 February so my moods should have adapted. Ant advice please I'm so desperate.
