Low carb eating week one. It's was difficult to keep to, especially with the studying and tests, but I did it!! I'm feeling fuller, and oddly enough, happier. Honestly the happiness is not even coming from the weight loss - I see and feel no difference in my body. It's weird. I want to thank everyone who gave me such positive advice and support. 🤗💜 I saw it all, I took it to heart and made it my motivation. You guys are stars in my book!
