I’m not sure what’s happening as I just can’t seem to loose the last few kgs. I had only 600grams to go and then suddenly gained 2 kgs(and yes this was after the holidays). I just can’t seem to remain disciplined over a weekend! It’s like I have this constant craving for everything. Really everything, from chocolate to chips and everything in between. Any ideas on how not to overeat on a weekend? I’d really appreciate the help! This up and down has been going on for 2 months now! I’ve had it! I need a breakthrough!

You aren’t far from goal weight. You aren’t doing too bad. Maybe up your water intake in between meals. That way you will be too full to eat. Or just don’t buy those trigger foods. The only way you going to stop indulging on the weekends is by setting your mind not to do it. That’s the only thing that works for me 🤷🏻‍♀️
