I’m not sure what’s happening as I just can’t seem to loose the last few kgs. I had only 600grams to go and then suddenly gained 2 kgs(and yes this was after the holidays). I just can’t seem to remain disciplined over a weekend! It’s like I have this constant craving for everything. Really everything, from chocolate to chips and everything in between. Any ideas on how not to overeat on a weekend? I’d really appreciate the help! This up and down has been going on for 2 months now! I’ve had it! I need a breakthrough!
