another coffee with honey and Almond milk in the office. (Any advice from anyone of two cups are okay before breakfast in the morning? I am trying to only have my breakfadt at 12:00)

Yes. I eat late at night (around 7:30-08:00) so try to eat later in the mornings, also I feel less hungry during the day.

If you try to fast and have long hours where the body can burn better fat skip the milk and honey and drink your coffee black, otherwise you stop the "healing" process. If you enjoy your coffee very much with milk change slowly. 😊

I also fast same type of ratio , but also battle to get rid of my coffee with milk and sweetener in the morning. Dont know how im going to get rid of the milk 😲
