Ready for my cantienica session this morning... Trying to build my 25 year's body back...lol...

No, I am not vain. I need to take action because my last medical exam showed that my small pelvis organs and one kidney started to drop. It is still far from being a medical condition but it is time to "fix the old car"...lol
