I currently weigh in the 190's...I know that. Still waiting for all the water to leave before I weigh in.
The awesome news is that I feel myself getting back in to ketosis (HELLO appetite suppression!!) and my meal preps are 100% on point this week AND I found an app that has new videos everyday for doing spin class from home!!!
Spin class is my absolute FAVORITE thing in the world but you have to go to class on a set schedule and spin classes are extremely full during the first of the year for at least a week or two...so yesterday I tried a class on the app on my cellphone on a spin bike at the gym and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it!!
If anyone is interested in the app it's free trial for the first month (doesn't require a card to register) and it's called Peloton. They also have things for running, outdoor, strength training, yoga, meditation, stretching, bootcamp, walking, and cardio! And it's new classes everyday! So far I'm loving it! And only $13 a month if I decide to keep using it :)
