This is what happens when you don’t count calories and eat every thing you can lay your eyes on! Well to be honest, it wasn’t really food, more snacks - chocolates, chips, biscuits etc. .... there was no cellphone coverage where I was, so I just ate knowing that I’m over my daily allowance! Anyway, you live and learn. Haven’t also been working out for about a month now, which just exaggerates the problem! I’m back home now and need to get back on track! This setback is not going to defeat me! I’ve worked at it for way too long!
