I have slight vitamin D deficiency, but keep forgetting to take the fish oil. I don't like the capsules, so I opted for this natural fish oil - take it by a spoon. One teaspoon daily is enough. And it is definitely keto-friendly.

Vit D is an important regulator of our immune system. It is mainly known as the supplement to improve bone health to prevent osteoporosis.

Vitamin D is not really a vitamin, it is more of the hormone. It is important to take it as a hormone regulator, not just a supplement.

lol... yes, its a bit weird if it comes to that. But when I eat cranberries afterward I rarely even have the fishy taste. Maybe it's just me. Another option would be simply to take D3 supplement once a week and gain on VitA separately.
