Thanks ladies 😘 no davidsprincess, I’ve worked in law enforcement the past 11 years. Construction on my off days. This will be at a hospital so more laid back 🤞🏼😬.

Jcmama777 I steamed broccoli on the grill along with cauliflower mashed potatoes. I leave for the Police Academy January 20th so I’m trying to get in shape. Unfortunately my shape now is a potato 🥔🤣 

Yes- stay in shape! I hate to think of some of the officers we have in my neighborhood- so unhealthy- couldn't catch someone in a chase ...(Not that I could- but I'm not an officer) LMAO. Police academy will get you in shape... But it would be nice to have a good jump on it before you get there.
