Back to remeasuring on the 1st. I don't want to do it on the 15th. I won't re-record since there are not significant changes since 10/15 measurements but I did take them. In October- I went to the gym 26/31 days and 4 of those days I went twice so essentially as if I didn't miss at all. I am trying to lift in the early morning before the sun and do a quick 30-45 min of cardio after work a few days a week. No set schedule with the cardio- just when I can. When I am on the elliptical- seeing the people I normally lift with- I want to tell them "I'm still lifting- I'm here in the morning. This is just extra"- so no one thinks I quit lifting. :) But we do not speak. That gets me home at a reasonable hour and I love the feel of sweat. Whether I'm doing yard work or cardio- to me- sweat makes me feel SO accomplished. November 1st goal was supposed to be 185 but I don't think I even got to October's goal. Looking forward to many changes in November. December 1 progress report will be amazing. (That's what I'm gonna tell myself) No idea on numbers anymore but if I could just get under my lowest ever weight (I keep forgetting what I said it was- 183?) I would be thrilled (for a very short time). So goal for 12/1- eh- let's say 183 and see what happens.

Thanks, Erika! Thanks, Fritzy! Yardwork at your house would kill me I think. I have the smallest yard in town and it can take hours. I do love the gym. And my whole life I have shown up for only a month or 2 and never every day during that period but now I just love the way it makes me feel. 🤸🏻‍♂️

Princess, you are working so incredibly hard, and it is incredible "watching" your journey. I don't go to the gym every day, but I am starting to feel that yearning to get there and suffer through until I'm feeling good. 😁 Cheering for you!!!

Thanks, Melissa and Binky! You both are so nice! I was saying on another post- we had to watch my daughter march around in a Halloween parade and it was freezing this morning and I grabbed my winter coat from last year- not even realizing that it isn't the right size anymore. I was swimming in it. Both exciting and irritating. :)

You have a realistic long term plan DP and don't worry about a set timetable. As long as every month is better than the one before, the end result will be the same and much more sustainable. Keep on keepin' on, you're doing great!!

You have made significant progress and are trending well right now. If setting a deadline motivated your progress, it worked. Keep working towards your goal and enjoy your progress. You are going to look beautiful in your grown and it's going to be a beautiful day. After your anniversary your new starting line will be waiting for you to continue your journey to your goals. Enjoy your big day!!!
