Mmmm. Homemade or In & Out? 

In-n-out, all fresh, no preservatives. Will see tomorrow how it affected my weight

Make it at home, jengetfit❣️ This one is called a double double protein style grilled onions no spread. It has two small beef patties, 2 slices of cheese, wrapped in lettuce with grilled onions. Great for keto/low carb/ grain free/ flexible dieting.  

If you visit socal or vegas be sure to make a pit stop.  

It didn't affect your weight! lol!  

Huh. Me, i am always gonna have condiments. I remember drew barrymore going on about how in-n-out was the coolest place to go after awards shows. She said it on a talk show like 15 years ago. Ever since then i want to try it but haven't ben out west.

Hmm... I wouldn’t set your expectations too high jengetfit. Jay, among all the cheap fast food places it’s my fav too because they don’t use preservatives and it’s cheap.

They don't freeze the meat either Moopie! That place put me through college way back in the late eighties because they paid a living wage. When I left around 1993 I was making $9 an hour! In many states around the USA now it is still less than that.
