307g today... Probably the highest for a while. The lb of 90/10 helped..

307 with only 2600 calories? Pretty good! I get like 225 at 3k. I'd say this is a shake.

Shake, but it does have little cookie bits. I kept the carbs low yesterday, have to cut something..
