September progress- minimal at best. Loss of only 2 pounds- should be 5. All food is counted and estimated high. Only some exercise is calculated and estimated low because I don't think it can be accurate- but at least should give a pattern/trend. Went to the gym 21 out of 30 days which is not great. Usually only miss 4 days a month- this time I missed 9. Must've had a bigger impact than I thought it would. Measurements not great. Every body part up 1/4" except lost 2 inches from hips and 1/2" from bicep. ? Not sure of the accuracy this month. That seems strange. Goal for November 1st was supposed to be 185, but I'm making it 183 because I'm irritated with not meeting October goal... Figure that one out. No NSV this month that I know of. The wedding dress has been fitting since August or July so that doesn't count. Other goals for October include eating more food and less shit. I cannot eat like my husband. He moves way more. I need to eat normal food and cook more instead of grabbing a slice of pizza and donut because I am not prepared for the day. I lose weight easier when my calories come from healthier stuff so you all can argue about it back and forth how a calorie is a calorie- I don't give af. Already Thursday- this week has flown by. Gotta get the trash out- Thursday is trash day.

Thank you all! I agree with everyone- except whoever said I was a princess. I'm so NOT a princess-I just play one on FS. (actually I don't even do that). I am still blaming girl stuff, TBH. Also I got bored with my workouts and cut many gym days down to 45 minutes- just recently the last handful being back to an hour long. I understand water retention, John-but I lift so often that I should be having a loss even with temporary muscle repairing happening. Who knows? There are a few things I need to improve on that I already mentioned. We'll see how October turns out. I WILL meet my goal for November or somebody (meaning all of you) will be hearing about it. Thanks for your support, advice, and encouragement, everyone- and thanks Becc@ for the "no fluff". :)

Thanks Dawnie and Hangry. Still waiting for my mother cluckin drop. Lol. Being up at 2:55 a.m. Isn't going to help my weigh in. 😔
