Things that make you go hmmm. Took two expired maximum strength exlax before bed because I definitely am stopped up. Now I'm freaking out about my hour commute and having to teach CPR today. Surely they won't be too effective since having expired in October. 😬🤷🏻‍♀️😂 I'm scared. Not gonna lie. Should've waited for the weekend. Sorry for tmi. I'm an open book (with a closed poop shoot)

usually a cup or 2 of coffee does the trick but not the last few days. Too much protein or too little calories... oh well. Glad I'm safe at home and all fixed up.

Ugh, I hate that feeling of being FOS. As if us ladies don't have enough issues. Hey, a 1/4 cup of Fiber One helps me! It's like giving birth, but better out than in LOL. Good luck tomorrow!!
