Doing good! I even feel lighter in my gut. Still can't tell much difference in the mirror.
Again with the odd dreams. This time I was straddling a narrow ravine with a waterfall feeding a rocky stream below. The rocks were slick with water but somehow I was managing to keep my footing with my super grippy tennis shoes and go forward to safety. Then I found myself about to enter the stairway of a very old European castle. The stairsteps were carved from stone and had worn almost slick from centuries of traffic. The passageway was narrow and dark and llluminated only by moonlight.
