Day 4 - Low carb captains log.. Im prepared AF today.. bc this is about the time I get a nagging headache and give up. I made my "deconstructed" tuna sandwich - butterhead lettuce, capers, red onion, red bell pepper, tuna and toss with lemon and sea salt. And I got my bell pepper and blue cheese for my snack attack later. Work fridge is stocked with some back up snacks too.

Made it down to 24 net cabs yesterday. Which is HUGE for me.. bc even though I eat the right stuff, I eat a lot of little meals and snacks and over do it on the nuts.I need to work on getting more protein in so Im not so hungry all the time until I get my mojo back.

Goals for today:

1. WATER -- jeez it 104 f here, shouldn't be that hard.
2. Continue to log everything honestly
3. Stay focused and positive - bc Ive already lost a one whole pound!

LONG TERM GOAL - start working towards IF. I take my lunch at 11 am so I would like to have my first meal at 11 am.

GO ME !
