is it normal to lose a lot of weight and not even see it when you look in the mirror? I lost 17+ kg in 3 months and I can't even tell.

u normally can hy clothes and also take measurements

For 4 months I lost weight and couldn’t see the difference. Then suddenly in December within three weeks I went from a size 18 to a 14. Don’t give up. It will happen 😉

I would suspect because you see yourself every day you don't see the difference. Other people can. Do you have any before and after photos?? Also, you should be able to feel the difference in your clothes.
