Hey, not saying you'd have to be on a high-calorie diet to eat pizza, just to get away with taking "full advantage" of a pizza buffet :P

Those of us on a 1500-2000 kcal diet/woe can have pizza. It’s just 2-3 slices and light meals the rest of the day lol. It’s 800-1200 for me to eat pizza. I eat until I’m stuffed because usually we eat out once a month. I bet Rosio eats less than I do. Are you about 1800-2000 Rosio? Man I wish I was on a 3000 diet! I was once which is why I gained weight so fast.

One of the few advantages of being nearly 300 pounds. I work out 3-5 days a week and eat between 2800 and 3500 calories a day, depending on whether I'm lifting heavy and want a good 1500 calorie breakfast lol

Lol hubby’s the same. 260ish and eats 2600-2800 on his diet. Normally he would eat 3000-3500 and maintained his weight fine. I’d love to be able to eat that much food but I wouldn’t want that weight on my frame.

It can be hard keeping the weight off when your SO is a hundred pounds heavier than you and needs about a 1000 more calories. I love to cook, so normally I take care of supper. But for my wife's sake, I had to start using smaller plates for her lol.
