I’m back at it again it’s been 163 days since my last post. It has not been good, I was binging like crazy. I can’t even bring myself to update my weight.

So I’m starting phase 2 of the terrene life program. I might not follow it to the t because it encourages a super low calorie intake and it has proven unsustainable for me personally.

I have worked out a meal plan and I’m ready to lose this weight
