i've been up/down in/out....etc. Life has been a BIG experience the last year. I've been engaged and am now 'disengaged'. Felt like I was in a true romance, only to discover that what you see isn't real. Sold my house at a loss, owe money, taking care of elderly sick parents (85 87 Alzheimers & Parkinsons) work at a job I hate but I"m trapped. Weight has been up down and now is really UP. Going to go on Lyn Genet Recitas The Plan next week after the book is delivered (disappointed the local book store didn't have it. Somedays I"m note sure I want to get out of bed but I don't have a choice right now. I just hope I survive this latest challenger in my life.
If someone out there is doing THE PLAN let me know, and lets see if we can start a support group for it.
