Sharons Victory's Journal, 26 May 19

I have drank 3 times now...and ate 6k calories everyday I had a hangover....but I'm done. I'm sure I will gain a few pounds from my recent behavior but even though I'm acting out out of lonliness and depression I'm realizing this wont help at all....will only make things worse. Tuesday I'm back to the gym and back to meal prep....I need to love myself as a priority!!!

For me, the 'core' of all my problems is Ego. The solution is Humility. Good luck!

Alcohol is a depressant. It makes you feel worse and then takes some time to get it out of your system. Every time you drink more than a little you are poisoning yourself and setting yourself backward. I hope you can break the downward spiral and feel stronger and healthier. Sending support.

Hey, I understand what you are going through, been there myself. It's hard to get past the depression. I found that when I focus on the goal, and it is challenging, I feel better. Focus on Tuesday, the gym, meal prep, I believe in you, you can do this. Just keep at it and you'll get back to the you that you wanted to be and had become. You are beautiful, you can do this!!!

Remember God's love. I love you because he created you. Knowing love is a great motivator. Pray for strength.

I am so very sorry your lonely, you would think that would be more of a motivation to lose. It is actually quite the opposite!!! I am here for you to lean on if you need, DO NOT HESITATE to be in touch!!!

I do the same thing when I feel disconnected from people--drink, binge, eat while drinking, then binge on food (mostly sugary food) the next day. you're not alone! and perfection is not the goal--consistency is! breaking habits and cycles is so hard, and you're not alone in that struggle <3 i know you have what it takes to be there for yourself, fall in love with yourself and treat your body with the TLC you deserve <3

Wow! Yes, self-Love is always first, most important. You wouldn't harm a person that you loved, would you?
