Just hopped on the scale when walking past (as is my very bad habit) and saw that I’m down at 102.7kg! This is after a day with three big meals plus snacks and is 200g lower than my post fasting weight this morning!
Not going to record it because it is a weird time but I’m very excited to see my numbers tomorrow! It’s amazing to be eating more than before, feeling fuller AND be seeing actual changes in weight.
